During the production of wine, the process of fermentation leads to loss of wine aromas, which leads to a weakened aromatic profile of the wine and poorer sensory properties. Due to this loss, winemakers can currently use only a part of the potential of their wines, which results in lower final quality and a significantly lower price. The loss of wine aromas is a global problem that has not yet been properly addressed in wine technology.
The AroMax system is a technological innovation that allows winemakers to maximize the aromatic potential of wine in a completely natural way, as it only enriches the wine with its own aromas that would otherwise be lost in the fermentation process. In addition to preserving the aromas themselves, AroMax also enables the production of wine at higher fermentation temperatures, which ensures a more intense yeast action and thus a more productive production of wine aromas. Using AroMax, a winemaker can significantly improve the fullness, quality and final value of his wine in a simple and natural way.
