The primary activity of MountVacation is the online booking system for mountain tourism (www.MountVacation.com), which main purpose is to facilitate and shorten the booking process for both guests and accommodation providers. There are currently over 60.000 providers in as many as 413 mountain destinations in Europe, a far greater choice than any Slovenian tourist agency has to offer.
With extensive experience and knowledge in the field of tourism, OBS aims to become the largest mountain holiday provider in Europe. The OBS team consists mainly of foreigners from Western Europe, Canada and the United States who have made their homes in Slovenia. The MountVacation system is built in the Web 2.0 environment and all content is created by users (capacity providers and guests), which is an additional advantage over the upcoming competition.
In 2009, OBS was the finalist for Slovenian Startup of the Year award!
