Tino developed the Kajdelam.si web system, which enables branch and shift managers to organize shift work easily. Organization of work is often done through unclear spreadsheets, emails and SMS messages, which quickly create confusion and ill will of all involved.

 

Through the Kdajdelam system, managers can easily manage the work schedule of employees and give them the ability to choose shifts as well as have transparent communication in one place. All employees receive an email or SMS message and can check the schedule via telephone or website.
