Boštjan Špetič is the co-founder and director of Zemanta and one of the first Slovenian startup entrepreneurs to acquire venture capital abroad. In 2017, the US company Outbrain acquired Zemanta, a native advertising technology development company that is developing the world's largest platform for recommending quality content.

Špetič is currently pursuing his entrepreneurial and managerial career at Outbrain as a strategic business development advisor. He has extensive experience and knowledge in product development, sales, marketing, HR and financial modelling.
