Huber is the founder of systems for the development and improvement of business "Rešitve zagotovljene" ( Solutions Provided) and a business consulting firm Ad Astra Consulting. Before that he was director of the start-up company for intelligent industrial lighting Svetloba (REFLECTA group) and director of sales, marketing and development of services of the state post office Pošta Slovenije.

With more than 20 years of experience in business model development, product and service development, sales, marketing, strategies and processes, Huber has supported more than 90 start-ups and companies of various activities and sizes as a mentor and consultant.

His mission is to consciously improve the existing position of companies, individuals and society by helping start-ups, businesses and other organizations to develop and implement innovative business models, conscious thinking and systemic sustainable solutions to reach the next level of development and adaptation.
