ACHIEVEMENT: SK75 Company CirrioSoft Receives First Investment from Joc Pečečnik

Day 7. September 2022 posted Nina Skok

CirrioSoft, operating under the Quantifly brand and the recipient of the SK75 tender in 2021, is the first investment of Slovenian businessman Joc Pečečnik. Elektronček Group, majority-owned by Pečečnik, has invested half a million euros.

"The support of the domestic ecosystem and entrepreneurs like Joc Pečečnik for Slovenian startups is crucial. Without their support in terms of knowledge, connections, and, last but not least, financial resources, projects like Quantifly would not be possible. Startups need a lot of encouragement at the beginning to break through, and success stories naturally give back to the ecosystem much more than what was initially invested—both in money and business opportunities. I am delighted that the Elektronček team, led by Joc Pečečnik, has decided to support us. I believe that the investment in Quantifly is also an investment in the Slovenian business ecosystem, as our tools and solutions will help to increase the competitiveness of the Slovenian economy," said Luka Pregelj, founder of the company, upon signing the investment agreement.

Joc Pečečnik, the owner of Elektronček Group, explained the decision to invest in Quantifly:

"I know from experience that people are the key to a company's success. The right employees who are committed to their work, loyal to the company, and team-oriented will also be effective in their work. Quantifly offers in-depth analysis comparable to the best consultancies, cheaper and faster. I see huge potential in this idea, which is why I have decided to support them financially. I also intend to be their mentor, as I think they can achieve more with my help."

Quantifly helps answer four key questions companies face in the knowledge economy: how to attract the best talent, develop key employees, ensure that employees work well together, and stay with the company. Using Quantifly solutions, companies can identify key employees, detect pathologies and systematically increase engagement, prevent overload and eliminate information bottlenecks. More information about Quantifly is available on their website.

CirrioSoft works with a wide range of experts in data analytics, technology development, organizational psychology, HR and business development to develop Quantifly solutions. CirrioSoft is also a recipient of the SK75 convertible loan from the Slovene Enterprise Fund and one of the companies that participated in the first Slovenian-Israeli Business Accelerator program in Tel Aviv.

Luka Pregelj, the company's founder, also took the opportunity to thank the entire team and the Slovenian support ecosystem, including the Slovene Enterprise Fund, Business Angels of Slovenia and angel investors, who have helped and are helping to develop Quantifly's tools and services.
