Network Business Incubator Vrelec (NBIV) is the outcome of the project “Network Business Incubator of Obsotelje and Kozjansko” that was carried out by the Municipality of Rogaška Slatina. It had the vision to become the focal point of the entrepreneurial and innovative environment in the Obsotelje and Kozjansko region for new, innovative, technological and knowledge-based companies.
NBIV offers young entrepreneurs activities within pre-incubation (counselling, assistance in preparation of business plans, training and education, mentoring) and within incubation (low-priced rents, common conference rooms, information and communication technology, administrative and consulting services).
