Neuro Muss d.o.o. is developing NewPulse, a medical device designed for home use by stroke survivors and others with neurological hand-mobility impairments. The device enables passive hand and finger movement, reducing pain, spasticity, and swelling.

It addresses the lack of access to regular physiotherapy and declining functionality in patients with limited motor control. NewPulse allows independent home rehabilitation for those who can no longer actively move their hands, filling a gap in the market dominated by active-movement solutions. Its ergonomic design ensures gentle yet effective motion and ease of use. Developed by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, engineers, and kinesiologists with personal experience of stroke recovery, the device is being tested in collaboration with the Stroke Patients Association Celje.

Certification as a medical device and EU/U.S. market expansion are in preparation.
