Granevo is a platform for managing the after-sales services of selling spare parts and servicing agricultural machinery. These services are provided by machine distributors, which in the case of more demanding repairs work with machine manufacturers. Repairers are currently limited to repairing and replacing parts but do not have a solution for advanced monitoring and prevention of agricultural machinery failures, which causes certain failures to recur.

The Granevo platform includes tools with interactive instructions, the use of artificial intelligence to optimize the service process and prevent the causes of failures, and serves as a tool with a central knowledge base to support the service process.
