SEF specifically addresses startups and scaleups as they are companies, which due to their lack of operating history, have difficulty obtaining necessary financial resources in the market. With the P2 tender, the SEF offers a non-refundable startup incentive of 54.000 euros each year and a convertible loan of 75.000 euros, which enables young innovative companies to penetrate and expand in the market rapidly.
