Sebastijan Lubej is an engineer at Tesla and co-founder of Paulonija enterprise. In the past, he had been employed as head of development at Petrol, d.d. and as head of the municipal infrastructure at KOP Brežice d.d. He is an experienced technical project leader in the automotive industry. Lubej is a qualified program and project management specialist with experience in negotiation, business planning, management, application development and solar energy.

With his experience in the energy sector, he assists younger entrepreneurs in the areas of project management and business strategy.
