Robert Bratuša Brant
Robert Bratuša Brant is a senior executive, advisor, and mentor with over 20 years of experience leading international business, and digital transformations. He specialises in scaling companies internationally, restructuring organisations, and driving sustainable value creation across diverse industries and markets.
He holds a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance. He further completed an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, with a focus on corporate restructuring and transformation in growth and turnaround environments. His professional credentials include CPA, GAICD, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Robert has extensive international operating and commercial experience across Europe, Asia and Australia, where he spent seven years in senior leadership roles, including Group Manager at Impact International, Program Manager at Health Support Queensland and Director at HCM Learning Paths Australia.

Currently, Robert serves as Director of the Institute for International Digital & Business Transformation, where he leads large-scale IT programs and advises founders, owners and executive teams in Slovenia and internationally.
