Robert is an established director, mentor and consultant specializing in business and digital transformation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Management and Organization, and studied at Harvard Business School in a leadership graduate program where he focused on corporate restructuring. He holds many certifications including FCPA, GAICD, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master and Prince2.

He has a track record in sales, finance and IT and gained experience as Head of Management at Impact International, Director at HCM LP Australia, IT Manager at Artius, Program Manager at Health Support Queensland and as Director of Finance and Operations at EFOS where the company tripled in value to €17 million during his time there.
His business and sales experience spans Europe, Asia and Australia. His accomplishments include leading 12 international business transformation projects where he set a vision and achieved strategic growth.

He excels in identifying and developing talent and business opportunities and achieving high levels of engagement and employee satisfaction. In the past, he has worked with many public and private companies, worked with more than 50,000 people, and helped implement more than 60 information technology and business projects.
Today, he is an information technology and digital transformation consultant in the US and Slovenia.
