Kokol started his career at Datalab d.d. as an external associate and continued as the development manager at enterprises Virtua and Semantika, where he is still active today in addition to his employment at Eurodesign CSC. As a programmer, he is mostly engaged with the practical development and writing the code in .NET, Java, and occasionally some more exotic language.

Kokol is also an MCT and MCP for SharePoint, SQL, and C# domains.
