Majerič began to gather experience as the head of the loan department at Volksbank Wien, and soon after, she got a job as the investment manager at Horizonte Venture Management GmbH. After 12 years of work in the investment company, Majerič continued her career in the Smart Start incubator and as an expert external consultant at the Technology Park Kranj (Development Centre for Information and Communication Technology - DC ICT). She is also an external consultant at the Ljubljana Technology Park and the PwC enterprise. Over the past year, Majerič has also advised on the EBRD's Enterprise Growth Programme. However, despite her busy schedule, she also found time to start her own two companies.
