Herbert is a startup mentor, entrepreneur, IT expert, software developer, project manager and founder of three startups.

He has more than 30 years of experience in senior positions in international corporations and in-house inovation departments. He has gained experience in renowned companies suchs as Philips, Atos, AVL, Roche, Kapsch, ÖBB, SBB, T-Systems, Raiffeisen and Alians. Until recently, he was head of development at m-smartsolutions GmbH, where they work on creating elegant solutions for smart homes, and is currently working as a developer at the Swiss company Adnovum on the digitization of banking services.

He passes on his knowledge to startups and uses his experience as a jury member for SK75 and as a mentor, helping startups with tech, developing user experience, software and product design.
