Alen Kahvedžić has been Innovation Manager at Pošta Slovenije since 2018, where he manages innovation and development projects. His work includes RRI project management, idea and start-up management, research and experimentation.

Alen gained experience as a sales manager at the start-up VIAR, where he and his team achieved excellent results and won the award for the best Slovenian start-up of 2017. He is a graduate of Political Science in International Relations who has also completed his studies abroad at the University of Warsaw.

He is currently working with several start-ups to further develop his relationships, knowledge and understanding of the Slovenian start-up ecosystem.
