Coustaury has over 20 years of business experience in leadership positions, especially in the fields of manufacturing and services. He has worked in more than 80 countries across five continents with a total of 1.7 billion euros of financial transactions. During his early career, Coustaury  worked extensively on setting up mobile networks and establishment of telecommunications companies. As an active co-founder, he helped found the ABC Accelerator and its VC fund branch, ABC Growth.

Together with his business partner Roger Bolt, Coustaury has already invested in more than 40 companies in the SEE region through the joint venture fund Fil Rouge Capital.
