Experience has shown that receiving money alone for entrepreneurs is not enough. Therefore recipients of the startup incentive P2 of the Slovene Enterprise Fund get through the Push2start acceleration program fundamental knowledge on how to enter the market. Participants of the program get the knowledge in a condensed format and through peer-to-peer interaction.

It is always crucial for entrepreneurs to find out at which point of the entrepreneurial process they are, as well it is important for them to make a plan, where they want to go and to follow it. Learning about digital channels, building a sales funnel and automating sales processes are also key to market success.

To enter the market as successful as possible, Push2start offers entrepreneurs the knowledge and skills to:

  • Analyze key elements of the company: an often neglected step is key to successful planning, where milestones and priorities must also be clearly defined.

  • Build a data driven agile organization: acquiring knowledge, skills and good practices that will turn their company into a fast and agile organization.

  • Learn about the power of early users: mastering techniques and methods that will enable entrepreneurs to systematically exploit the value of early users.

  • Reap the benefits of MVP: creating and implementing a product development strategy that will lead entrepreneurs from the first idea to the right product that users will adore in the shortest time and at the lowest cost.

  • Unlock the potential of digital channels: the use of modern approaches, techniques and tools of digital marketing, which enable entrepreneurs to have close contact with the market, collect feedback and accurate and targeted communication with the target segment.

Planning is a sign that you are thinking about things

Startup and scaleup mentors working with entrepreneurs in Push2start agree that planning is key. But you also need to know when to be flexible and when to break established norms.

“Planning means thinking about things. If you think about it, you will be better oriented. And if you are better focused, you will find it easier to control the situation and turn around better, ”says mentor Dikran Tawitian.
