The Slovene Enterprise Fund has with its vouchers established a system that enables micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) significantly simplified access to co-financing individual services, through which companies can enhance their competitiveness and competences.
Businesses obtain vouchers throughout the year. You can obtain them in a simple manner (without excessive approval procedures) and their handling will be very fast.
Basic features of vouchers::
- Simple incentives of small values for SMEs.
- Fast handling.
- Vouchers are available throughout the year (public calls are open until 2023 or until funds are drawn).
- Co-financing in the amount of 60% or up to 9.999 euros per voucher.
- Total number of vouchers the company can use is 30.000s euros/year.
- Eligible costs for most vouchers are from 1 January 2019 (there are exceptions - so every public call needs to be read).
- Application is submitted to SEF on the basis of public calls.
- Free application preparation assistance - SPOT consulting.

- Participation in international forums.
- Participation in business delegations abroad.
- Group presentations of the Slovenian economy at fairs abroad.

Note: As of 19 June 2020, the Slovenian Enterprise Fund has temporarily closed all public calls for voucher incentives. All planned funds available for this year have been spent. In the event that SPS manages to obtain new funds later this year, it will reopen public calls and provide SMEs with access to various business services as part of low-value voucher incentives.
