At the event, you will learn how to get a convertible loan of up to EUR 75,000 or up to EUR 600,000 of equity investments provided to innovative companies by the SK75 and SI-SK tenders of the Slovene Enterprise Fund. Experienced startup entrepreneurs Primož Rojac and Jan Forsthuber will share invaluable tips for building a startup company.

 

In this short event, you will receive concise information and concrete advice that will allow you to easily make decisions for the future of your business.


What we'll talk about:

  • EUR 75,000 of a convertible loan within the tender SK75 of the Slovene Enterprise Fund. Key information about the tender, evaluation criteria, timetable, characteristics of the convertible loan and tips for preparing the application.
    From EUR 100,000 to EUR 600,000 of the Fund's direct capital contribution within the SI-SK product.
    Overview of other sources of financing offered by the Fund and SID Bank.
    Content support in the form of counselingmentoring and acceleration programs available in the local and national business support environment.
    Personal advice from experienced entrepreneurs and consultants.

13.00 – 14.00 | INFORM: How to get 75.000 EUR SK75 or 600.000 EUR SI-SK

Key information on application conditions, selection criteria, pre-selection procedures and timetables of SK75 and SI-SK tenders. Information, advice and experience will be shared with you by Nina and Urban, who lead the mentioned programs at the Slovene Enterprise Fund or pre-selection within Start: up Slovenia.

14.00 – 15.00 | ADVISE: How we built fast-growing companies with the the Fund​'s financing

Primož Rojac used SK75 to finance the growth of IURALL, which offers legal advice. Jan Forsthuber is solving burning wrist pains with ergonomic Carpio products. They will both share valuable tips on how to build a globally oriented technology company.

Organizers

The event is organized by Start: up Slovenia in co-organization of the Slovene Enterprise Fund and the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology. The local partner of the event is Ljubljanski univerzitetni inkubator.

 

The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 30 people. Prior registration is required. The organizer will ensure a minimum safety distance between participants, follow the hygiene recommendations and keep a list of those present.
