We would like to inform you that the Bela krajina Business Incubator has entered into a partnership with Mistral Technologies, one of the leading IT companies in the Balkan region, to enable individuals from Slovenia to enrol in the Paragon programme.

What is a Paragon full stack anyway?

It is an innovative coding skills training programme created by the experts at Mistral Techonogies, entirely online (in English) over a 9-month period and now in its successful 3rd consecutive generation. From the 1st generation, which concludes with Paragon at the end of January, 10 participants have already been recruited after 5 months of the programme and 20 more are expected to be employed in the IT industry by the end of the month.

The programme is the result of years of market research and is modelled on some of the highest quality IT programmes in the world, which focus on independent work and programming from day one. No prior experience or knowledge is required to enrol in the programme. All you need to successfully complete the programme is a strong motivation and a willingness to solve problems, explore and tackle challenges.

The title awarded to Paragon participants is ''Full Stack Web Developer''. This is the most sought-after profile of programmers in today's IT companies, which is immediately employable, and there is a possibility of rapid career advancement and salary growth of more than 50% after just 6 months.

The first 5 weeks are free!

After filling in the application form, the first two steps (Connect and Arena) are completely free, and help you get to know the basics of coding and to find out if this is the right career for you. All of this is done online.

During this 4-week period, you will have the opportunity to meet the mentors and learn the basic concepts of programming by solving 17 beginner tasks. The top 100 candidates who show perseverance, a spirit of inquiry and problem-solving skills during this period will be given the opportunity to enrol in the innovative Paragon full stack programme.

The programme is entirely in English. The programme costs €3,000.

The programme is based on practical assignments (rather than traditional lectures), so you can fit your schedule around your commitments. You can also attend the programme in addition to your regular working hours.
