You have probably already heard of the Start-up weekend, which is increasingly more frequently organized in various Slovenian cities. The Technology Park Primorska is opening applications for the 3^rd Start-up Weekend Nova Gorica, which will take place from 28^th to 30^th of November 2014 in the Start:up Garage – Technology Park Primorska.

We wish to share the experience of the first two excellently implemented weekends with anyone who has interesting business ideas, but doesn’t know how to develop them, and anyone who is in any way interested in entrepreneurship, creativity, innovativeness or merely wants to acquire new knowledge. 

It’s an intense entrepreneurial and social weekend at which participants, divided into groups of 5, will compete in creating the best business model of a company, which you will also be able to test on the market. For this, you will get help from successful entrepreneurs and start-up mentors who will teach you about the latest methodologies of lean and agile entrepreneurship (lean methodologies), developed in the most esteemed universities from Silicon Valley, USA. As the conclusion of the event, each team will present their business model and the committee will choose the first three winners and also reward them. All participants receive a confirmation of participation.
